Admissions

To talk to a member of staff about a place for your child, please call 01625 574069 during session times. They will be able to post you an application form.

To help your child adjust to starting Pre-School we have a flexible admission policy that aims to help children feel safe and happy in the absence of parents. If you have any concerns about leaving your child, staff will always be happy to discuss them, and each child and their parent/carer will be invited to attend a settling in session before starting at Pre-School.

Other details of our Admission policy are as follows:
1. Children may be admitted from the half term after they reach two and a half years until they start school.
2. The closing date for applications is 4 weeks before the end of the preceding half term (please telephone for exact dates). We operate a waiting list if Pre-School is oversubscribed.
3. Children must be toilet trained and emotionally ready.
4. Fees are payable at the start of each half term.
5. Pre-School must receive 1 month’s notice if you intend to remove your child.
6. If your child is absent from Pre-School fees can be refunded only in exceptional circumstances.
7. The fee for an occasional session must be paid on the morning that the session is taken. The availability of occasional sessions is at the discretion of the Session Supervisor if space is available.
