Staff

Each day your child will be greeted by Session Supervisor Hilary Gaskell, Setting Manager Claire de Ruiter, and at least two of the other four Assistants; Jill, Sharon, Linda and Hazel. Claire and Sharon also work at Rainow Primary School, so remain familiar faces as the children move on to 'big' school. Staff:child ratios are 1:3 for under threes and 1:8 for over threes.

Hilary and Claire both hold Diplomas in Pre-School Practice, and whilst all four Assistants have many years experience working with children, Sharon is also currently working towards a Level 3 in the Diploma in Pre-School Practice.

We operate a key worker system, so a single member of staff will keep a close eye on your child's development.

All staff are police-checked and qualified in paediatric first aid.
